Transient arrested for burglary of Cambria home

Ashley Rose Pulford arrested for Cambria burglary

A 30 year-old transient was arrested by San Luis Obispo Sheriffs coast station deputies for allegedly burglarizing a vacation home in Cambria. The burglary, according to detectives, took place between November 2011 and January 2012 at the 400 block of Weymouth.

The suspect, Ashley Rose Pulford, was tracked down by deputies to a location in San Luis Obispo where she was arrested without incident, according to deputies.

Deputies recovered stolen property that included tools, electronic devices and other miscellaneous items. According to deputies, the stolen items had been hidden in a storage unit in northern San Luis Obispo County. The exact location is not being released.

Pulford is being held in county jail on burglary, possession of stolen property and warrants. Her bail is set at $50,000.

The victim’s information is being withheld at this time and the investigation is still ongoing.
