A fight broke out at Rocklin AMF Lanes at 2325 Meadows Drive Wednesday evening that included six people and left one injured. The victim, 27, was smashed in the face with a 16 pound bowling ball causing him to loose his tooth.

The fracas began when someone from the victim’s party had asked Ryan Scott David, 24, of Roseville to wait because there was someone already on the approach. According to the victim’s wife who refused to giver her name said, “I turned around and my husband’s face is covered in blood.”

One witness said, “luckily it was so late at night there were no kids here, if a kid saw this they’d be traumatized.”

Paramedics responded to the bowling alley melee and had taken the victim to Sutter Roseville Hospital to be treated. The doctors reinstalled the victim’s astray tooth in hopes it will reattach itself. X-rays were taken and no other serious facial injuries were found.

The victim’s wife, “They turned a family sport into a violent crime.”

David was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, and booked into Placer County Jail.
