Police Identify Victim and Suspect in Fatal Capitola Mall Stabbing Incident

CAPITOLA, CA  — The Capitola Police Department and the Santa Cruz County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office have identified the victim and suspect in a fatal stabbing that occurred Monday afternoon near the Capitola
