Deputies Apply Proposition 36 in Victorville Traffic Stop Arrests

VICTORVILLE, CA  —  Deputies from the Victorville Sheriff’s Station applied newly enacted laws under Proposition 36 during a traffic stop early Thursday morning, January 9, 2025. At approximately 1:56 a.m.,
