Sutter County Sheriff’s Office Launches Blue Envelope Program to Support Inclusive Communication

SUTTER COUNTY, CA  –– “The Sutter County Sheriff’s Office is proud to stand with other California communities in offering the Blue Envelope Program. The Program is designed to promote inclusivity
