Anaheim Woman Arrested for Felony Burglary at Irvine Spectrum Center
IRVINE, CA – A 33-year-old Anaheim resident was arrested Tuesday night following a series of retail thefts at the Irvine Spectrum Center.
According to law enforcement reports, Quyen Nguyen targeted multiple retail establishments inside the shopping center. Nguyen initially entered the Lululemon store, where she took approximately $390 worth of merchandise without paying.
Following the first incident, Nguyen proceeded to Sephora. Upon entering the store, she left the merchandise previously taken from Lululemon near the entrance. While inside Sephora, Nguyen selected and concealed additional merchandise valued at approximately $1,699.
Irvine Spectrum Team officers, working in coordination with Spectrum Security and store loss prevention personnel, intercepted Nguyen before she could enter a third business. Officers took Nguyen into custody without incident at the scene.
Nguyen was subsequently transported to the Orange County Jail, where she was booked on charges of felony burglary.
