Solano County Man Arrested for Alleged Possession of CSAM, Attempt to Meet Minor for Lewd Purposes
SOLANO COUNTY, CA — “On December 17, 2025, detectives from the Solano County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau, the Solano County Sheriff’s Enforcement Team (SET), and the FBI served a search warrant at a residence in the 1700 block of Sycamore Drive in the city of Fairfield as part of an ongoing investigation into the possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
During the execution of the warrant, 35-year-old Fairfield resident Flavio Zamora was arrested. Zamora was booked into the Solano County Jail on charges of 311.11(a) PC – Possession of child pornography, 311.1 PC – Distribution of child pornography, and 288.4(b) PC – Arranging to meet a minor for lewd purposes. Zamora is currently being held on $500,000 bail.
