MET Investigation Leads to Arrest of Repeat Narcotics Offender and Seizure of Illegal Drugs
CHINO, CA — The Multi-Enforcement Team (MET) recently concluded a proactive investigation that resulted in the apprehension of a subject described as a documented gang member from LA County and a repeat narcotics offender operating within the city. The individual, who was also on felony probation, was taken into custody following the operation.
During the course of the investigation, officers conducted a search of the suspect’s vehicle, resulting in the recovery of several illegal substances. The items recovered included three ounces of methamphetamine, ten grams of fentanyl powder, and three grams of heroin. Additionally, three ounces of marijuana were seized from the vehicle.
The suspect was found to have multiple outstanding felony warrants at the time of the arrest. Following the apprehension, the individual was booked into the county jail on the charges related to the recovered narcotics and the outstanding warrants.
