Reported Disturbance at Fountain Valley Hotel Leads to Man’s Arrest for Alleged Domestic Violence
FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA — “FVPD officers recently responded to a disturbance at a local hotel after an employee overheard two guests arguing. The investigation revealed the couple’s verbal argument had escalated into a physical assault, and the suspect attempted to prevent the victim from leaving or calling for help.
The suspect was arrested for felony domestic violence and false imprisonment, with additional charges requested. An Emergency Protective Order was granted, and several firearms were seized in accordance with domestic violence firearm restrictions.
