Driver Arrested for Vehicular Manslaughter, Child Endangerment Following Fatal Colton Collision

COLTON, CA — On November 28, 2025, the Colton Police Department arrested 24 year old Arianna Obryan following a traffic collision that resulted in two fatalities and serious injuries to two children.

The incident occurred at approximately 10:13 PM near the intersection of Mill Street and Ohio Street in Colton. Responding officers located a green 2014 Toyota Camry and a silver 2013 BMW involved in the crash.

The Toyota Camry was occupied by five individuals: two adults and three children. A male adult passenger in the Camry was pronounced deceased at the scene. The three children were transported to a local trauma center for medical attention. One child was released after receiving treatment for minor injuries, while the two remaining children are reported to be in critical but stable condition. The driver of the Camry, identified as Arianna Obryan, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI). She is pending booking on multiple felony charges, including vehicular manslaughter and child endangerment.

The BMW contained three adult occupants. The front male adult passenger succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The rear passenger was transported to a local trauma center and remains in stable condition.

The identities of the deceased individuals are being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The Colton Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) is conducting the ongoing investigation into the collision.
