Multi-Agency Operation Results in Seizures and Arrests in Visalia

VISALIA, CA — A joint operation conducted in late November by the Tulare Area Gun Violence Enforcement Team (TARGET) and the Visalia Police Department’s Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Visalia.

The operation targeted a property located on the 1700 block of East Mineral King Avenue. Following the execution of the warrant, law enforcement personnel recovered several prohibited items and materials related to controlled substances.

The materials seized from the residence included firearms and ammunition. Specifically, officers located a privately manufactured AR-15 pistol, a .40 caliber handgun, and approximately 100 rounds of ammunition.

In addition to the weapons, the search yielded a quantity of controlled substances and related items. These included two pounds of processed cannabis, digital scales, and an unspecified amount of cocaine. Also recovered at the location were two load-bearing vests equipped with ballistic armor and over $10,000 in U.S. currency.

Two adult males were detained at the scene following the search. They were subsequently arrested on several felony charges and transported to the county jail for booking. The specific nature of the felony charges has not yet been released. The investigation is ongoing, and no further details regarding the case are available at this time.
