Visalia Man Arrested in Connection with Blunt Object Assault in Tulare
TULARE, CA — November 20th 2025 — Officers from the Tulare Police Department Patrol Division responded to an assault report in the 800 block of East Sonora Avenue on November 7, 2025, at approximately 8:15 p.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers located a male victim who had sustained injuries from an assault involving a blunt object. The victim was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. Due to the severity of the incident, the Tulare Police Department Investigations Bureau assumed responsibility for the case.
During the investigation process, detectives identified Isaiah Castro of Visalia as the suspect. An arrest warrant was subsequently issued for the individual.
On November 20, 2025, the Tulare Police Department SWAT team, with support from additional officers, served the warrant at a residence located in the 2500 block of South Court Street in Visalia. Suspect Isaiah Castro was taken into custody by law enforcement personnel without incident.
