Murrieta Police Investigate Serious Assault Near Margarita Road; Seek Public’s Help
MURRIETA, CA — “The Murrieta Police Department is actively investigating a serious assault that occurred on the evening of Friday, October 31, 2025, between 10:30 PM and 11:00 PM, near the intersection of Margarita Road and Grove Way in the City of Murrieta.
During the incident, an altercation took place between two adult male subjects. As a result, one individual sustained multiple serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Officers responded quickly after receiving 9-1-1 calls reporting the assault. Several witnesses remained at the scene and were interviewed by responding personnel. However, investigators have reason to believe additional individuals may have witnessed the incident but left the area before police arrived.
