SFPD Arrests Suspected Narcotics Dealer in Golden Gate Park During the Outside Lands Music Festival
SAN FRANCISCO, CA – A 25 year old Frazier Park man was arrested on suspicion of multiple felony narcotic sales charges during the Outside Lands Music Festival in Golden Gate Park, following a tip from event security.
On Friday, August 8, 2025, at approximately 3:40 p.m., San Francisco Police officers assigned to the Honda Unit and other officers responded to the area of Fulton and 26th Avenue for a report of a subject selling illegal narcotics. Officers, with the assistance of U.S. Park Rangers, located an adult male matching the description and attempted to detain him. After a brief struggle, the subject was taken into custody without further incident.
The suspect was identified as Miles Vivirito, 25, of Frazier Park (in Kern County), CA. Officers seized suspected illegal narcotics from his person and vehicle.
Vivirito was subsequently booked into San Francisco County Jail on multiple charges, including three counts of possession of suspected ecstasy (MDMA) for sale, possession of ketamine for sale, possession of LSD for sale, resisting arrest, and a parole violation.
A records search indicates that Vivirito has been arrested numerous times across multiple counties within the last 6 years.
The San Francisco Police Department acknowledged the assistance of event staff and concert security for their role in identifying the suspect. The department stated that the investigation remains open and active and that officers will continue to patrol the area to ensure public safety during the festival.
