Six Reportedly Arrested in San Joaquin County Sex Offender Compliance Sweep
SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CA — “On July 28th and July 30th, 2025, the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office, in collaboration with the San Joaquin County Probation Office and the Stockton Parole Office, conducted a countywide sex offender compliance operation. A total of 40 law enforcement officers participated, targeting 120 locations across the county where 128 registered sex offenders were known to reside.
Over the two-day operation, officers made six arrests and identified two offenders who were out of compliance. Detective Saechao conducted follow-up investigations, leading to the arrest of one additional offender. A Ramey warrant is being sought for the other individual who remains outstanding.
Arrests made on July 28th included Cruz Salgado in Lockeford for a registration violation, Alvaro Granados-Morales in Stockton for a probation violation, and Thomas Bruce in Stockton on an arrest warrant for a registration violation. William Campbell, initially found out of compliance, was arrested on August 5th in Stockton for a registration violation following further investigation.
On July 30th, Tyler Torrey was arrested in Manteca for a parole violation. Johnny Lombardo was taken into custody in Tracy for a probation violation, and Benjamin Olson was arrested in Ripon, also for a probation violation. Matthew McKee was found to be out of compliance in French Camp, and a Ramey warrant is being pursued. If anyone has knowledge of his whereabouts, please contact Detective Saechao at 209.482.3321.
