ARDEN-ARCADE, CA — “Earlier this evening, the Sheriff’s North Patrol High Impact Patrol (HIP) team observed a stolen car near Fair Oaks Boulevard and Fulton Avenue in the Arden Arcade area of Sacramento. When they attempted to pull it over, the driver led Deputies on a short vehicle pursuit and fled on foot. Two passengers were detained while Deputies set up a perimeter to search for the driver.

Utilizing the Sheriff’s helicopter (STAR) and with the assistance of the Sacramento Police Department K9 Unit, SPD K9 Hoss apprehended the suspect, who was taken into custody without further incident.
The suspect, a 16-year-old male, will be transported to Sacramento County Juvenile Hall once he is medically cleared for incarceration.”
