During the search, investigators also found that the residence had been illegally connected to the electrical grid. The unauthorized utility bypass is believed to have enabled the theft of a substantial amount of electricity over time, resulting in a loss of thousands of dollars.

The investigation remains ongoing. The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office encourages anyone with additional information related to this case to contact the department at 559-733-6218.
