Santa Ana Man Arrested on Suspicion of Downloading CSAM

SANTA ANA — On November 29, 2022, Santa Ana Police Department and Homeland Security served a search warrant regarding 36-year-old Ricardo Adrian Juarez-Pacheco.

A Civilian Investigator from the Santa Ana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force developed suspicion that Ricardo Juarez-Pacheco was downloading and distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) over the internet.

Juarez-Pacheco was arrested at his residence on East Avalon Avenue in Santa Ana.

While police searched his residence, multiple electronic devices were seized, along with evidence relating to the alleged downloading and distributing of child pornography.

Juarez-Pacheco was booked into the Santa Ana Detention Facility and on suspicion of possession and distribution of child pornography.
