“Operation Consequences” is a multi-unit task force comprised of Gang/Narcotics Investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, and Deputies from multiple patrol stations. This amazing effort was approved by the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors who authorized funds to assist in “Operation Consequences”. They worked together to help provide more law enforcement to the communities that were in dire need of more help to manage the escalated crime rate in these areas.

During the week of November 12th through November 14th, 2022 the task force was able to serve 19 search warrants in the areas of Apple Valley, Rancho Cucamonga, Hesperia, Upland, Victorville, San Bernardino, Adelanto, Oro Grande, and Highland.

These searches led to 44 felony arrests and the seizure of 40 firearms, and illegal narcotics. Twelve of the confiscated firearms were “ghost guns” or weapons with no serial number.

“Operation Consequences” will continue over the next several months. The plan is to help curb violent crime and help derail criminal street gangs to provide a better quality of life to the communities in the area.
