“Around 10:30 this morning , TCSO Deputies received information regarding the whereabouts of Top 10 Fugitive 59-year-old Bertha Oceja.

Deputies found Ocejo at a motel in Visalia and arrested her for an outstanding felony warrant. She was booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trail Facility.
