Upon arrival, officers located a 57-year-old female victim suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Officers rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene. The victim told investigators that she was outside when she suddenly felt burning sensations in her upper body and realized she had been struck by gunfire.

On August 7, 2022, investigators learned that Sullivan was recently taken into police custody at the San Francisco County Jail on unrelated charges. Investigators responded to San Francisco County Jail and charged Sullivan with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (245(a)(1) PC) and armed criminal action (25800(a) PC).

While an arrest has been made, this remains an open and active investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the SFPD Tip Line at 1-415-575-4444 or Text a Tip to TIP411 and begin the text message with SFPD. You may remain anonymous.”
