2 Men Charged in Possession of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine in Placer County

“On Tuesday, 8/2, officers were searching the City for a stolen vehicle when they located the car on Industrial Ave near Galilee Road County and initiated a felony traffic stop.

While conducting the stop, officers discovered the driver, later identified as 32 year old Troy C. Tucker out of Crescent City, and the passenger, later identified as 37 year old Derik R. Juanitas out of Sacramento, were in possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and other drug paraphernalia.

Both men had charges forwarded on them including possession of stolen property, possession of controlled substances, possession of narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia.”
