Reward Offered For Capture of Suspect Responsible for Recent Shooting
LEMON GROVE – BREAKING NEWS: Up to a $1,000 Reward is being offered for the public’s assistance in locating the following suspect responsible for shooting a man on 06/01/2022 at approximately 7:45 PM at the intersection of Broadway and Buena Vista Avenue. Responding Deputies from the Lemon Grove Sheriff’s Substation encountered a victim who’d been shot in the leg.
“The suspect was seen running away on foot and getting on an Orange Line San Diego Trolley headed towards the City of San Diego,” said Sergeant Noah Zarnow. “He got off the trolley at the Encanto/62nd Street trolley stop.”
The reward has been been posted as of 06/16/2022 @ 3:30 PM by San Diego County Crime Stoppers and the Lemon Grove Sheriff’s Substation Investigators – who want the public’s help in identifying and locating this violent suspect.
The suspect has been described as a black man with long black hair in cornrows, with a medium build. He was dressed in a white t-shirt, black shorts and black athletic shoes.
