Three arrested, fentanyl confiscated following search warrant in Grass Valley

“Grass Valley Police Detectives served a search warrant Thursday afternoon, resulting in the arrest of three individuals and the recovery of about 2 ounces of Fentanyl, a small amount of methamphetamine and evidence supporting the sales of a controlled substance.

Jeff Gates (40), Jacob Gates (37), and Erica Coker (31), all residents of the home, were arrested Thursday evening as a result of the search. Jeff and Jacob were booked on both misdemeanor and felony charges, Coker was booked for 1 misdemeanor charge.

A 1-year-old child was taken into protective custody by Nevada County CPS.
