“On the night of 12/7/2020 and into the early morning hours of 12/8/2020, the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office and the Sacramento Police Department worked a joint operation pertaining to an ongoing Sacramento Police Department gang investigation.
On 12/7/2020 Non-El Dorado County residents rented a house in Cameron Park for one night and held a large house party that included approximately 50 people. It is believed that all party attendees were from out of the area.
The enforcement during this operation resulted in at least eight arrests and the recovery of four unregistered firearms. Multiple subjects arrested were illegally in possession of loaded firearms on their persons.
The enforcement during this operation aligns with EDSO’s Vision Statement; Total Enforcement on Crime and Criminals and Total Care for the Community. Thank you El Dorado County for your trust and your continued support.”
