Investigators thereafter followed up on multiple leads that led to them serving a search warrant on a residence in the town of Willows.

In early April, the Orland Police Department advised that they had identified the suspect as 52-year-old Kenneth Stephen Meza. Meza is now on a parole hold as well as for the bank robbery.

Police report that Meza has not been seen since the robbery and that “he may be in a white 2018 Toyota Tacoma CA LP# 58461M2. OPD asks that if you see Meza or the Tacoma,  to please call dispatch at 530-934-6431.”

Meza has a previous arrest in his past – on September 6, 2018 for DUI, resisting arrest and parole violation.
