CLEARLAKE – The Clearlake PD knew 47-year-old Roy Kirk well. So well, in fact, that on January 21st at 10:00 a.,m., they contacted him after recognizing him as a suspect “on felony probation with an active warrant.”

Once officers contacted Kirk, they discovered methamphetamine in his possession. The 5 ounces of meth were “separated into 5 separate one ounce packages, intended for sale.”

Kirk was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics for sale, probation violation and warrants.

The meth Kirk possessed amounted to 560 doses worth $11,200.
