CUTLER – Detectives nabbed five juvenile robbers who committed crimes last week in Monson and Ivanhoe.
Detectives identified the stolen 2014 Mazda used in the armed robberies and this in turn led them to the suspects.
In addition, surveillance video helped them to identify one of the juveniles. On August 9 officers from the Beverly Hills PD attempted to stop the Mazda.
The Mazda fled and later crashed that resulted in no injuries but five arrests. BHPD held all five occupants and the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department sent detectives to continue the investigation.
Then the TCSO obtained four search warrants at the juvenile’s homes in Cutler and Orosi. All five returned to Tulare on August 13 and now face burglary charges.
The ages of the suspects are 14 (2), 15, 16 and 17.
