Investigation at the scene in front of the Fullerton Armory, where the homeless are reportedly endangering drivers by not crossing in a crosswalk, revealed that a 26-year-old female in a black 2015 Mazda 4-door sedan heading southbound on Brookhurst struck the westbound-heading pedestrian.
