LOS ANGELES – On March 20 three men broke into a home, shooting its three occupants – two men and a woman. One of the victims, 25-year-old Eric Urias, died.
24-year-old Brandon Perez, 39-year-old Raul Carlos and 25-year-old Alejandro Garduno were arrested and charged with murder, and the special circumstances of burglary and gang activity.
In addition, the trio face two counts of attempted murder and first degree burglary.
They were not offered bail, and face the death penalty or life in prison without parole if they are convicted of these charges.
