LODI — On March 19th at around 1 AM, two officers noticed three people on motorcycles parked on the 400 block of Columbia Drive — one of whom attempted to discard a bag containing what was later discovered to be 65.1 grams of meth.

47-year-old Keith Trent is now housed at the Lodi Jail on several drug charges, whereas the other two fled the scene immediately.

Police also conducted records checks on the three motorcycles and, while Trent’s was clear, the other two were discovered to have been stolen. The motorcycles were eventually recovered, but the investigation remains ongoing.
