Burglary Suspect At Large

Steven Michoff

EL DORADO COUNTY — Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the residence of one Steven Michoff of Greenwood, who was recently identified as the culprit in an “extensive burglary in the Coloma area.”

Although Michoff wasn’t home at the time, deputies discovered several articles of suspected stolen property in the yard and in the home, including nearly 5oo bottles of wine, fine china, crystal stemware, wine-making equipment, and thousands of pounds of hardware and garden supplies from area stores.

Authorities worked around the clock to successfully reconnect the stolen goods with their rightful owners.

Michoff, however, remains at large on a felony burglary warrant. He is known to drive a tan 2-door 2003 Toyota Tundra, license plate #7A78242. Anyone with information that may lead to his whereabouts or arrest is encouraged to contact EDSO Dispatch at 530-621-6600.

Based on the official El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office press release.
