String of Motorcycle Thefts Reported in Paso Robles Area

Looking down the 500 block of Rose Lane

The Paso Robles Police is searching for suspect(s) who are stealing off-road motorcycles.

All of the off-road motorcycles have been stolen from open garages or unsecured side yards. Investigators stated there have been four incidents reported since July 27 –

  • On July 27 a white-and-blue 2007 Yamaha TTR 90 was taken from side yard on the 500 block of Rose Lane.
  • On August 4 an orange-and-white 2015 KTM XCF 350 was taken from open garage on the 900 block of Salida Del Sol.
  • On August 6 a white-and-blue 2007 Yamaha TTR 90 was taken from a side yard on the 500 block of Rose Lane.
  • On August 7 a Green 1994 Kawasaki KX12 was taken from side yard also from the 500 block of Rose Lane.

During the theft on August 6, the victim saw the suspect pushing the motorcycle out of the side yard to the street. By the time the victim got to the front of his house, the suspect had started the motorcycle and had driven away. He was last seen in the area of Crazy Horse Drive.

The suspect was described as a white male adult, approximately 25 years old, short blonde hair, wearing a red polo shirt, blue jeans with a black backpack.
