The San Luis Obispo Police are searching for a suspect who allegedly made lewd comments to 15-year-old female.
According to SLOPD, a 15-year-old female was walking on the 12000 block of Los Osos Valley Road around 2 p.m.
The victim said she was stopped by a suspicious male who was asked for directions to Higuera Street.
The girl said she briefly spoke to the suspect as he sat in his red older-model sedan. The suspect made lewd comments and appeared to be masturbating underneath his clothing.
The girl immediately left and walked home reporting the incident to her family who in turn reported the incident to the SLOPD. The suspect made no attempt to follow the victim when she left the area.
According to the victim, the suspect had a small child, approximately three years old, in a car seat in the back of the car while this incident occurred.
The suspect was described as a 20-year-old Hispanic male with shaved black hair, brown eyes, over-weight with a baby face. There is no further suspect vehicle information available.
