EC man pleads guilty in connection with Marin chase, crash

An El Cerrito man and Forest Knolls woman have pleaded guilty in connection with a car crash that led to a chase in San Rafael’s Gerstle Park neighborhood in May.

The Marin Independent Journal reports that James Jonathan Pizzagrani, 27, and Michelle Patricia Pitcher, 20, are scheduled to be sentenced today, June 27, in Marin Superior Court. Pizzagrani faces a year in custody and two years of supervised release, while Pitcher faces 90 to 120 days in jail under the terms of the plea agreement.
