El Dorado Hills Bank Robbed

The Eldorado County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man  suspected of robbing an El Dorado Hills bank Feb. 17.

According to bank stff the suspect, described as a 6 foot tall, unshaven white male,weighing about 240 pounds, waited his turn in line before approaching an open teller and demanding cash.

The suspect did not use a note or indicate that h had a weapon, according to a sheriff’s press release. He fled the bank with an undisclosed amount of money.

The man, roughty 40 years old with a “raspy” voice, was wearing a heavy, blue jacket and blue hat. He reportedly has a tattoo on the left side of his neck, described as blue in color and “possibly depicting flames.”
