Interrupted Burglary Leaves Tulare Man in Custody

TULARE, Calif. — Brandon Lowrey’s friend had a lucky day on November 11, but when Lowrey ran, his luck ran out.

Lowrey, 23, of 1984 E. Bridger Ave. in Tulare, and another male went into a residential garage in Visalia on Tuesday morning, according to Visalia police. The two were taking items out of the cars in the garage when the homeowner entered and saw them. (more…)
