Two Arrested in Rosamond for Stealing Cars

ROSAMOND — Two Rosamond car thieves are behind bars after a anonymous tip led detectives to their stash of stolen vehicles. 53-year-old Richard Whempner of Fernly, Nevada and 34-year-old Jeffrey Bradley of Rosamond were
