According to Roseville PD, between November 13 and 17, someone had broken into a storage unit at Cube Smart Self Storage at 900 Orlando Avenue, stealing tools, sports equipment, and other items of value.

Early in the morning of Friday, November 28, officers were patrolling the area and stopped two men entering the storage facility. Officers reportedly found the two men were driving a stolen vehicle and had burglar’s tools and some of the aforementioned victim’s stolen property in their possession. The two men were arrested, and the stolen vehicle returned to its owner.

He has been charged five times previously this year, on possession of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, probation violations and possession of a “dirk or dagger”. Prior to that, he was arrested in July 2012 for possession of fireworks without a permit, in May 2010 for grand theft, petty theft, robbery, and driving under the influence. On 9/09/09 he was charged with possession of stolen property and concentrated cannabis.
