One Suspect Arrested in West Roseville Robbery

A suspect was arrested Sunday, August 30th in connection with a robbery at a house party in West Roseville. The incident occurred early Saturday morning at about 1:30 a.m. at a house on the 1800 block of Avenida Martina. According to Roseville Police, several teens around 18 and 19 years of age were having a party while the resident’s parents were out.

Trouble started when several uninvited guests arrived. According to witnesses at the home, about five to seven men crashed the party. Several scuffles broke out, and events became more serious when one of the men pulled out a handgun. At that time, the party crashers robbed several of the guests, taking cell phones and other property, and were then seen getting into a dark-colored sedan and leaving. After the incident, one person was transported to the hospital with minor injuries sustained in the fight.
