Routine Traffic Stop Leads to Narcotics Discovery

Deputies with the Mono County Sheriff’s Department arrested 55 year-old Bruce Pottenger after a routine traffic stop led to the discovery of narcotics. Around 8:30 p.m. of Monday, July 29th, Deputies pulled Pottenger over for his vehicle’s expired registration.
