Oroville man accused of past continuous sexual abuse of child

An Oroville man has been arrested on suspicion of molesting a child he’d been babysitting several years earlier.

Following interviews with multiple witnesses, authorities arrested 34-year-old Lance Rogers on suspicion of felony continuous sexual abuse of a child and felony oral copulation with a minor under the age of 14.

Rogers was arrested on November 17 and arraigned on November 20.
