“Yesterday at 10:37 a.m. a concerned citizen called to let the police know about a blue, hatchback that was being driven recklessly.
The vehicle stopped along the curb in the area of West St and Clover St.
Officers located the vehicle with the driver, Martha Magallanes-Castro a forty-five-year-old West Sacramento resident, still sitting in the vehicle.
The vehicle was discovered to have been reported stolen from the city of West Sacramento.
Ms. Magallanes-Castro was arrested and booked at Yolo County Jail. (VLD)#WoodlandPD #DayShift”
