Two Extradited From Texas And Mexico For Murder

About 2 AM on September 27, 2020, Lemoore Police Department dispatch received a call about a man bleeding in a vehicle parked at a gas station on the 1100 block of North Lemoore Avenue.

When officers arrived, they found the man, he had been shot. Attempts to render aid were futile, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The man was identified as 28-year old Ronald Lee Mullins of Armona. Lemoore Police Department detectives worked with the Kings County Major Crimes Task Force to determine two males were involved in Mullin’s homicide.

They got into Mullins car at the gas station, one shot him, and then the suspects fled. The suspects were identified as 20-year old Cobiere Garvis Henderson and 18-year old Angel Villasenor.

On October 10, 2020, Henderson was arrested in Atlanta, Texas. He was extradited to Kings County on October 15th and booked into the County Jal for murder in the first degree, robbery, participation in a criminal street gang, and conspiracy. He remains in custody.

On October 16, 2020Angel Villasenor was detained in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. He was extradited to Kings County on October 20th . He also remains in custody at the Kings County Jail for numerous charges including murder, attempted murder, participating in a criminal street gang, attempted carjacking, battery, and conspiracy.
