“Last night, CHP and Red Bluff Police made a traffic stop on a vehicle near Willow Street and Washington Street.

During the traffic stop, Jose Magana (age 41 of Red Bluff) was contacted. Magana was on active PRCS (Post Release Community Supervision) for weapons related charges.

Magana fled the scene on foot and was later captured. Magana was in possession of a loaded firearm, methamphetamine and ammunition.

Magana was booked into the Tehama County Jail for eight felony charges and two misdemeanor charges.”
