“On 10/02/2020 at approximately 5:00 p.m., a swing shift officer was driving through the parking lot of a hotel on Harding Blvd. The officer observed a male sitting in a vehicle. The officer recognized the male as Jason West (dob 2/23/1971) who was on Placer County informal searchable probation.
The officer conducted a search of West and his vehicle and located approximately three ounces of methamphetamine spread over various bags, a digital scale, drug packaging material, and drug paraphernalia.
West was arrested and booked into the South Placer County Jail for being in possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell.
