Reckless driver carrying drugs and paraphernalia

The Wheatland Police Department arrested a reckless driver who had drugs in her possession –

“An alert citizen reported a reckless driver in town today, Officer Alarcon located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.

43 year old Auburn resident Serena Schene was subsequently arrested for possession of heroin, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, violating the terms of her probation and she also had a warrant for her arrest.
