Man with drugs and replica gun arrested

The Lincoln Police Department announced the arrest of a man with various drugs in his possessions and vehicle –
“Just before 11:30 PM on September 10th, a Lincoln Police Officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Industrial Avenue and Twelve Bridges Drive.
The driver, 33-year-old Joseph Fahs of Yuba City, was arrested for a Placer County warrant (possession of drug paraphernalia).
During a search of his possessions and his vehicle officers located methamphetamine, heroin two digital scales, syringes, meth pipes, psilocybin, a controlled substance (for which he did not have a prescription), counterfeit US currency, and numerous debit cards, drivers’s licenses and a social security card belonging to other people.
He was arrested for possession for sales of meth, possession for sales of heroin, possession of counterfeit currency, possession of a controlled substance w/o a prescription, possession of personal information with a previous conviction for the same, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The “firearm” shown in the photo is a replica Glock 19 BB gun.
Fahs was booked at the South Placer Jail.”
