Ten months ago a deadly accident occurred, and now the responsible driver has been charged, according to the Banning Police Department official Facebook page –
“On November 11, 2019, at about 1918 hours, Banning Police Officers responded to a two vehicle traffic collision in the 1300 block of W Ramsey Street.
A female victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Michael Chaparosa (28), the driver of the second vehicle was subsequently arrested for DUI and Gross Vehicular Manslaughter.
On 09-01-2020, Chaparosa was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant reference this case.”
