The Auburn Police Department came to a residence where a man was prowling around –
“Around 9 am, we received a 911 call from a juvenile that was home alone that a male subject was banging on the front door of a residence on Circle Dr.
The subject then attempted to get into the backyard through a side fence. Officers arrived on scene and contacted Dashel Roumage 24 years old, he was arrested on a Parole Hold, petty theft and prowling and transported the Placer Co Jail.
We encourage our citizens to call our dispatch center if you see suspicious activity in your area, this helps our officers response appropriately and could potentially decrease crime from occurring.
